"Doubt that the sun doth move, doubt truth to be a lier, but never doubt i love"(Act 2, scene 2)
If you do not fully understand this quote let me break it down for you. Basically, believe anything you want, maybe that the sun doesnt move or that the truth, truthfully, is a lie but NEVER think twice about my love. Hamlet is throwing his heart on the floor and admits his strong love for Ophelia. This quote especially caught my eyes because strong men like Hamlet back then were shy to show theres emotions freely like he did. Even watching the movie you can see it in Hamlet's eyes that what he said was true and every word he meant.

Polonius' Tips
One of the reasons why Hamlet is such a revolutionary play is the universal lessons to life. Be yourself, Dont be a lender nor a borrower. All these tips to life are given to people all over the world. Just like parents now a days, Polonius is trying to keep her daughter safe from the evil that is the lust of men. Upon further studying the play you realize that his true intentions arnt as caring as first thought. Besides the fact that Polonius may be trying to protect himself through his daughter the life lessons are still given to this day. The one lesson that my parents always give me is "Be yourself and dont let other people influence you."(the words of my father) My father always wanted me to be a leader at life instead of a follower but what he doesnt understand is that an individuel cannot always take charge in fields that are unknown, for example, if i was going out to a place where i have never been before im obviously going to follow a friend that knows a bit more about the whereabouts. All in all, i would like to think that all parents advice are for the benifit of the child or children but it is our job to find out ourselves instead of having someone tell us.

Ken Branagh
Branagh's version of the classic play "Hamlet" what by far the best choice of the three. The characters did an very good job on showing the emotions throughout the play, into the movie. Even within the first five minutes where the mysterious ghost was seen numorous times, the setting of the movie helped show the symbol of mystery that Shakespeare tried to put in his original play. As the movie progressed, the story started to unwind itself. My favorite part, so far, is when the ghost that identified itself as Hamlet Sr. told Hamlet that Claudius was the snake that killed him. The part that i am most looking forward to is to see the play that Hamlet's players will perform with the modifications that Hamlet himself put in. I CANNOT WAIT!!! :)
